What’s the difference between GO and HOME? GO plans = simple symmetric speeds (upload = download). HOME plans = 3 independent bandwidth lines (Local/National/International), so Netflix doesn’t slow your Zoom calls. HOME is our unique advantage.
What’s the Premium addon? Premium upgrades your HOME plan’s Local and National bandwidth to up to 1000 Mbps. All new HOME customers get it FREE for the first 4 months. After that, if you want to keep it, it’s R300/month.
Does Premium come with my HOME plan? Yes! All new HOME customers automatically get Premium FREE for the first 4 months. After 4 months, if you want to continue using it, you upgrade to Premium for R300/month. If you don’t want it, it’s removed automatically.
Can I add Premium to a GO plan? Premium is only available for HOME plans. GO plans are simple symmetric speeds without the 3-tier bandwidth architecture.
Do I have to sign a contract? You get flexible month-to-month billing with a 12-month promotional commitment period. If you cancel early within the 12 months, an early cancellation fee applies to recover the promotional value. After 12 months, fully flexible.
What happens if I want to cancel? After 12 months, you’re completely flexible—cancel anytime with 30-day notice. No penalties after the promotional commitment period.
Is installation really free? Free in fibre-ready complexes with pre-cabled units. Standalone homes may need additional cabling materials (we quote separately first).
When do I need to be connected by? You must be connected (service live) by March 1, 2026 to qualify for this promotion. You have until January 15 to sign up, giving you up to 6 weeks to schedule and complete installation. If you have other providers to switch from, plan ahead to use that time window.
