Terms and Conditions for 2 Months of FREE Internet Access on a 12-Month Contract:

1. This promotional offer is valid only for new customers who sign up for a 12-month contract with
123NET FIBRE GO Plans through the provided link.
2. The 2 months of free internet access will be provided after the payment of the first month, which is
considered as a pre-paid month.
3. The pre-paid first month of service will start from the activation date and will continue until the end
of the first calendar month.
4. After the pre-paid first month, the customer will receive 2 consecutive months of free internet
access, which are not part of the 12-month contractual agreement.
5. The total service period, including the 2 free months, will be 14 months: 12 months as per the
contract, plus the 2 free months.
6. The agreement is for the 12 months of paid service plus the 2 free months of internet access, for a
total of 14 months.
7. This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, BYOF, or promotion, and
it is non-transferable.
8. 123NET reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotional offer at any time without prior
notice.
9. The standard Terms and Conditions of 123NET, including the contract termination policy, fees, and
charges, apply to this promotional offer.
10. By participating in this promotional offer, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and 123NET’s standard Terms and Conditions.
11. The WiFi-enabled device remains the property of 123NET and must not be relocated or removed.
12. The end-user is responsible for indicating to the technician the desired installation location for the WiFi-enabled device.
13. The end-user must provide a 220V AC socket to power the WiFi-enabled device.
14. By applying for the free promo service, the end-user acknowledges and agrees to potentially be contacted by ISPs during or after the promotion.
