123NET Fibre ISP Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These promotional terms are supplementary to the standard Terms and Conditions of 123NET, forming part of the Service Agreement with the Subscriber.

2. Promotion Period and Details
The promotion runs from 11 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, offering the first three months of service at a fixed fee of R150, followed by nine months at the standard plan rate.

3. Eligibility and Subscription
Available to new customers subscribing within the promotional period. The definitions and interpretations in the Agreement apply as per the standard terms.

4. Payment and Billing
For activations not starting at the beginning of a month, a pro-rata fee is calculated based on R50 as the monthly rate, determined by the number of days in the activation month.
The R150 fee covers the first three full calendar months, with any pro-rata amount for partial months added to this fee.
Standard billing applies after the initial three-month period.

5. Equipment and Installation
Necessary equipment for service provision, as per standard terms, will be provided and installed by 123NET.

6. Cancellation and Termination
The standard cancellation policy applies, with potential fees for early termination.

7. Service Interruptions and Internet Speed
Service interruptions and internet speed variations are subject to the standard terms conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability
123NET’s liability as stated in the standard terms, includes no liability for certain losses or damages.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Personal information handling and confidentiality are governed by the standard terms.

10. Acceptance of Promotion and Standard Terms
Participation in the promotion implies agreement to these terms and the standard Terms and Conditions of 123NET.

2 Months Free - More information

Terms and Conditions for 2 Months of FREE Internet Access on a 12-Month Contract:

1. Eligibility: This promotional offer is available exclusively to new customers who enroll in a 12-month contract for 123NET FIBRE GO Plans via the designated link.
2. Promotion Activation: The 2 months of complimentary internet access are granted following the payment for the first month, which is required as a pre-payment.
3. Service Commencement: The pre-paid initial month begins from the activation date and extends until the end of that calendar month.
4. Free Months Details: Following the initial pre-paid month, customers will receive 2 consecutive months of free internet access. These months are additional to the 12-month contract term.
5. Contract Duration: The total service duration, inclusive of the 2 free months, amounts to 14 months: 12 contractual months plus the 2 bonus months.
6. Agreement Scope: The agreement encompasses 12 months of paid service and 2 free months, totaling 14 months.
7. Promotion Exclusivity: This offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, BYOF, or promotions. It is non-transferable.
8. Offer Modification Rights: 123NET reserves the right to alter or discontinue this offer at any moment without prior notification.
9. Standard Terms Applicability: Standard Terms and Conditions of 123NET, including contract termination policies, fees, and charges, are applicable.
10. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this offer implies agreement to these Terms and Conditions, alongside 123NET’s standard Terms and Conditions.
11. Device Ownership: The WiFi-enabled device remains the property of 123NET and must not be relocated or removed without authorization.
12. Installation Responsibilities: The end-user is responsible for indicating the desired installation location for the WiFi device to the technician.
13. Equipment Safety and Surge Protection Requirement: The customer is obligated to ensure the safety of the 123NET ONU router. It is mandatory for the router to be connected to a surge protector at all times. In the event of damage to the router due to a power surge or electrical malfunction resulting from the absence of a surge protector, the customer will be liable for the cost of the router as well as any associated technician call-out fees for the replacement of the device.
14. Marketing Consent: By opting for this promotion, the end-user consents to potentially being contacted by ISPs during or post-promotion.
15. Relocation Clause: If the customer relocates during the promotional period, they will be responsible for paying the equivalent amount of the free months provided, in addition to any applicable relocation or service alteration fees.
16. Liability for Early Termination: In case of early contract termination, standard cancellation fees apply, including the repayment of the 2 free months.
